Nationwide Delivery

Untamed Desire delivers nationwide across South Africa. All orders are shipped from our Cape Town warehouse in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure complete discretion. We do everything possible to deliver your order safely and on time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

iOrders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Options & Costs

Door-to-Door Delivery

Standard nationwide delivery: R110
Johannesburg (within 50km): TBA

FREE delivery on orders over R750 (door-to-door only)

Delivery typically takes 1–5 working days, depending on your location and courier capacity. We partner with trusted couriers including The Courier Guy, Fastway, and Aramex.

Please note: We currently deliver to street addresses only. Special or restricted delivery locations (such as farms, mines, ports, military bases, or lodges) may incur additional charges and will be confirmed with you before dispatch.

Alternative Delivery Options

Postnet to Postnet – R110
Have your order delivered to your nearest Postnet branch. Parcels must be collected within 30 days.

PUDO Locker Collection (The Courier Guy) – R70
Collect your parcel from a secure PUDO locker near you. Once delivered, you’ll receive a PIN or QR code and have 36 hours to collect your order. Lockers are available at selected locations nationwide, many operating 24/7.

Johannesburg deliveries: 1–2 working days
Regional areas: 3–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to activate on the courier’s system.

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, reshipping costs will be for the customer’s account.

Untamed Desire cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.
