1. About These Terms

These Products & Services Terms & Conditions (“Product T&Cs”) apply to all purchases made through the Untamed Desire website (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Product T&Cs, in addition to our Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

3. Products & Descriptions

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Returns & Refunds

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within a reasonable time, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
