Shipping
How long will it take to ship my order?
We will ship the order made until 1.30pm on the same business day. Orders made after 1.30pm or on weekends will be shipped next business day.
What if no one is there to collect my order?
All orders that are unable to be delivered to a person will be left at the nearest Post office unless otherwise stated. Please note that if you request to have the package drop shipped (Delivered to address with no one to receive the order) we are not able to take responsibility for missing orders if Australia Post deemed them delivered.
Can you tell who the package is from or know what is inside?
No. All orders are shipped in 100% discreet, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents inside. The sender name on the package and billing statements is neutral and does not reference Untamed Desire or adult products. Your privacy is fully protected from checkout to delivery.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 1–5 working days, depending on your location and shipping option. Tracking is provided once dispatched.
Will I be covered for lost orders?
Yes. If an order is confirmed lost by the courier after investigation, we will replace it. Orders requested to be drop-shipped are not covered. For high-value orders, additional delivery conditions may apply.
Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Zip Pay, AfterPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or you can redeem a gift voucher.
How do I pay online with a gift voucher?
Please select the items you would like to purchase and proceed to the checkout where you will enter your gift voucher number. If there is a further balance to settle, please finalise this payment by credit card.
What is the process for a direct deposit order?
Place your order and select Direct Deposit at checkout. Once payment is made, please email your proof of payment and order number to info@untameddesire.co.za. When making the transfer, include your name and order number as the payment reference so we can easily match your payment to your order.
What if I don't like what I ordered?
Unfortunately because of the nature of the product once we have shipped the items we are unable to swap any product for change of mind purchases. We try and give as much detail so you can make the right choice the first time.
What if I receive a faulty or broken product?
We carefully check all products before dispatch. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@untameddesire.co.za with your order number and details, and we’ll assist you with a replacement as quickly as possible.
Privacy & Security
Is it safe to use my Credit Card with Untamed Desire Online?
We use Shopify for all of our credit card transactions which are encrypted insuring all sensitive details are safe and secure.
Who will see my emails?
Only Untamed Desire staff will have access to your email address.
What emails will I receive?
We send your Invoice via email. You will receive a notification when the items are shipped and a follow up email to confirm everything was ok.
If you are on our newsletter list you can expect to receive an email every 2 weeks to inform of the newest specials and latest products. The newsletter will have many exclusive offers which will not be available to general shoppers. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time.
What will I see on my credit card statement?
All billing will be made in the name of Pleasure Chest. Please take note of this when checking credit card statements.
